I wanted to personally thank you for all your hard work on the RadioShack Riverfront Campus project. In our industry, we very often hear about it when we are doing poorly, but rarely hear when we are doing well. I always say that all vendors and suppliers exist to make my job easier, not harder, and I always appreciate those vendors who go the extra mile to make my job run more smoothly.
This job was challenging both in terms of scope and schedule, but from day one you helped me determine what I needed. Your product knowledge and willingness to help is always an asset to any project. I especially appreciate your help with dividing up all the pricing and submittals into the myriad of pieces we had to juggle. Also, thank you for your help with selecting the vibration isolation for all the broadcast ductwork- that was certainly a learning experience.
